    Who should come to the DOL YouthBuild Construction Certification Training? Anyone who provides direct educational or construction training to YB participants. Attendees with 5 years of construction experience will be eligible to teach the entire Core Curriculum and other direct service staff can teach and certify in the qualified area such as math, communication, employability.
