The DOL YouthBuild MIS Training is a two-day training to instruct 2018 DOL YouthBuild grantee staff in the use of the required DOL YouthBuild web-based case management and reporting system(MIS). All other grantees should email the events@youthbuild.org if you are interested in attending the training.

Description

The DOL YouthBuild MIS Training will review data management best practices, key data entry steps, and DOL participant performance reporting, including the new required WIOA reporting processes. During this two-day training, participants will receive a through overview of MIS data entry, the WIOA performance indicators, and MIs report submission process. Please note that computers will be provided for participants during this training. 

The training is free, through transportation, lodging and meals are your responsibility. We can only allow one grantee staff per program to attend in order to maximize the number of programs we can train. If you have questions about this policy, please reach out to MIS Helpdesk before you register.

Training Location Security Information:

The Frances Perkins Federal Building requires all grantees to pass through a security line, metal detector, and bag scanner. Since you have registered online, your name will appear on the Frances Perkins Security "Attendance List" and will allow you to pass through the security line much faster. A valid photo ID (i.e. Driver's license) is required to enter a federal building.
