Four YouthBuild graduates, working in different apprenticeship pathways, will engage each other and grantees in a thoughtful discussion around what makes a quality work experience, how that work experience supports strong placement outcomes, and how to create a work experience that can engage participants and partners during these unprecedented times.
Description
The graduates will share their personal work experiences, including the assets and challenges, what they learned in terms of technical and soft skills, what employment and/or post-secondary education they’ve entered since the work experience, and what job placements they’ve since had (or have) that will lead to their next career pathway step.
